Volunteer Canada’s Chad Lubelsky, Vice-President, Strategy, Impact and Development, has been traveling across the country hosting a series of consultations on the topic, and we want to build on these discussions.

Chad Lubelsky has 20+ years’ experience designing and implementing programs that support and elevate belonging and inclusion. Currently on leave from the McConnell Foundation, Chad most recently was the Acting Chief Program Officer. During his time at McConnell Chad led various portfolios including public interest journalism, education, arts and social inclusion, social innovation capacity building and inclusive community building. 

A dedicated and active volunteer, Chad was the co-Chair of Universities Canada’s Social Impact Advisory Group, and a Board Member with Apathy is Boring and l’Abri en Ville. Chad is currently the Chair of the Board for Open North, a member of the Advisory Committee at the Concordia University’s Shift Centre for Social Transformation and a regular meal on wheels volunteer.
